Trump cut budgets for scientific research programs again.

This year, as reported by Sciencemag, the US administration has reduced budgets for scientific projects again.

“To be sure, it’s no longer news that the president wants deep cuts to the budgets of the […] science programs at the Department of Energy (DOE) and NASA”, Sciencemag said.

It’s no good news for scientific progress, the energy sector specifically – with global warming threatening our existence, researchers are dying to get more funds and move their projects forward.

As humans, we need to find a new and sustainable energy source that will reduce fossil fuel burning, which creates a greenhouse effect.

With the revised budget, scientific progress is likely to slow down as many projects are looking at major cutbacks.
