The UK and US governments are introducing measures to limit access to cryptocurrency for amateurs, The Conversation website reported.
In principle, the measures help users with no experience in trading digital currencies by reducing their risk of losing big sums of money quickly.
In practice, however, it means that cryptocurrency transactions will take another hit as limitations are imposed.
